High volume ceiling fans cool you on those days when the Trade Winds don`t, plus the large master bedroom and adjoining bathroom have a ductless quiet and efficient air conditioner.
Wake up to the glorious sunrise over Buck Island and the Caribbean.
Three bedrooms with all new linens and mattresses. The master bedroom is en suite, with walk-in closet, A/C, 46” TV and queen-size bed.
Two additional bedrooms include queen-size bed in one and twin beds (converting to a king-size bed) in the other.
Excellent fully equipped cook’s kitchen with lots of counter space, including an island with a breakfast bar and West Indies style mahogany cabinets. Enjoy your meals or cocktails on our the portico covered deck overlooking the shimmering Caribbean, listening to the sound of tropical birds and the waves hitting the shore.
There is a 55” TV in the living room with an augmented sound system, and well appointed indoor dining area.
You will have full access to the main house and outdoor space, including sole access to pool, deck and outdoor dining area.
There is a separate apartment in the basement, with a separate, private entrance that is also available for rental. This is a large 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment, with full kitchen, bath and laundry. The 25-foot long lounging deck boasts the same spectacular view. This apartment can accommodate 4 extra guests. Rental of apartment is separate.

Located in the exclusive and secure gated community of Judith`s Fancy, it is just minutes from downtown Christiansted, the center of shopping, fine dining and historic buildings. Judith`s Fancy has over 300 acres along the shoreline and borders a rare bioluminescent bay. It is accessible only through 24-hour guarded gate. Judith`s Fancy is recognized as one of the safest neighborhoods in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Car rental is suggested. There is a grocery store and pharmacy minutes away.
Plenty of parking on our 200-foot long driveway. Gas, electric, satellite TV and internet are included. Small dog may be allowed with owner’s discretion.
Please don`t smoke inside our home. Be respectful of our neighbors. Nothing else other than toilet paper should be discarded in the toilet bowl/ bowls.
