The main living areas offer island and bay views. The private balcony has an outdoor dining table for two and two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views. Parking is near the entrance to the building. The lobby, activities center and laundry facility are a short walk away. The restaurants and lower and middle pools are also nearby. This villa can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. Parking is just outside the building.
