Green Island Getaway has been newly renovated in 2022 with brand new quality furnishings, fixtures, and appliances. Accommodation comprises a spacious kitchen, living and a large outdoor patio (including an outdoor dining table with chairs, along with two lounge chaise) with a front entrance with minimal stairs to climb and the back entrance which is wheelchair friendly. The kitchen has GE Café appliances and all new utensils for preparing meals. The kitchen island with four comfortable bar stools is conveniently adjacent to the living room with huge doors that provide incredible views of the ever-changing turquoise ocean. A large L-shape contemporary-style sofa is positioned to enjoy the views or to watch tv on a 60-inch television screen for guests (sport and movie fans) seeking a quality getaway.
Two California-king master bedroom suites flank the living area and the ocean view, providing privacy to all guests. The first master has a French door that opens to a California-king bed with a window, vanity set, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and a full bathroom with a tub. The second master bedroom also has a California-king bed with a backdoor, desk/chair, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Green Islands Getaway is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It is not equipped for more than four guests.

Coral World Ocean Park (a popular tourist attraction) and the best snorkeling and scuba diving beach on St Thomas (Coki Point Beach) are one mile away. One mile in the other direction is beautiful and peaceful Lindquist Beach. Magen’s Bay Beach and Little Magen’s Bay Beach are just five miles away. Traveling to St Thomas is easy. A US passport is not required unless venturing over to the British Virgin Islands by ferry.
