Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very large property with beautiful ocean views!

Negative: First room was awful. Missing flooring tiles, several lights didn’t work, sliding door handle missing and the worst no hot water in the morning. The property did not have our Booking.com confirmed reservation so I guess we were put in an overflow room. The Front Desk staff were very nice to deal with. Next day it was resolved and moved us to a much nicer room and reduced the price. The second night in the new room was good but the tv didn’t work. They acknowledged the problem but didn’t seem to be in a hurry to fix it.

Summary: Beautiful ocean views with a nice beach area. The rooms are tried and need a complete refresh.
