Located at the end of a private road, Spindrift offers a remarkable sense of privacy and
tranquility. Arrive to your private parking area and enter the gated garden with lighted walkways up to the villa. Or drive into the large circular driveway. Either way you will be stunned by the lushness and beauty of this large, park like botanical garden.
As you enter the lushly planted terrace area the infinity pool is immediately in front of you. It is a generous size with broad steps entering the shallow end. Guests often sit here soaking their feet while enjoying a cocktail. Or swim to the deep end where a underwater bench gives you an up close view of this protected Caribbean Sea.
The guest pod on your left has two queen bedrooms, “Garden” and “Sea”. They connect through the shared full bath. They both have walk in closets. This pod was totally renovated in 2026 and enjoys new furniture, lighting, bed and bath linens all of top quality. Enjoy the modern art in every room from the owner’s personal collection. There is a private outdoor seating with wicker sofa and lounge furniture off Sea.
The larger primary bedroom on the right has also been renovated this year. Lighting by Arteriors, furniture by Billy Baldwin and Palecek, and stunning art enhance your view of the beach and the Caribbean. This bed is queen size. There is a large walk in closet. The shower is outdoors and private. There is an outdoor area with double chaise lounge (Quadrille) perfect as a secluded reading or napping spot.
The great room, with its soaring ceiling and four sets of French doors, includes the kitchen with Mahogany bar seating for four. Subzero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and Miele gas cooktop and oven, custom Pyrolav countertop. There is a round table that seats four, with chairs from Jonathan Adler and table from Palecek. Use as a desk or game playing area in addition to a different dining spot. At the opposite end of the great room there is a large built-in lounge area that seats ten, wrapping around a very large Bluestone coffee table. Off this main room is an intimate TV room, and a half bath with laundry facilities.
Outside the main pod the furniture by Janus et Cie includes a marble top dining table with ample seating for 6. Also by Janus et Cie a three seater sofa with two oversize lounge chairs, coffee table and occasional tables. These are very comfortable and close to the pool.
Spindrift is set on approximately three and one half private acres, with 400 feet of water frontage, and its own private, rock and sand beach. Here you can enjoy total independence and off the grid living with Tesla solar panels and power walls. Starlink internet service and Dish Network are provided.
Children 10+ years of age are welcome. 7 night minimum stay required.
