You are in the USA territory! No passport is required to enter the US Virgin Islands. The condo is perfectly located at the south of the St. Thomas island, on the shore of Caribbean Sea, close to Charlotte Amelia, Red Hood and Megan Beach, proclaimed to be one of the few best beaches in the world.
Experience the unique, island’s climate of US Virgin Islands: constant cold breeze from the ocean and the warm sun makes it easy to relax, and get that "island tan". This condo location is ideal to lay down and relax, with full privacy, and conveniences.
Easy dining in close neighborhood! One of the best seafood restaurants on the island is located on our grounds, literally steps from the majestic pool! You eat in open space, steps from the ocean… affordable meal. (On Thursdays evening there are offered all-you-can-eat shrimp dishes. Do not miss it!)
There are other eateries within walking distance, like IGGIS (temporarily moved to another location due to hurricanes, but nearby as well), and Bolongo Resort seafood restaurant, on the beach as well. You can rent kayak and other equipment from the Resort, or reserve the diving expedition as well.
Book at Red Hood (8 minutes driving) excursions by the boat, end ferry to nearby islands; St. John (20 minutes), and St. Croix. You can visit six British Virgin Islands as well; you will be however required to have the passport to enter BVI.
We strongly recommend renting a car to allow people to be free to explore the islands.
Taxes are also available, and can be reserved over the phone.
Our place, located in Watergate Villas East, Bolongo Bay, building #17, experienced less damage caused by hurricanes than other places on the island. We observed with awe how fast nature, and the people on the island, recuperate from the hurricane’s damage. The condo’s telephone and cable TV are expected to be restored soon, but we adjusted our rates due to lack of these services, temporarily.
We provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 people (king size bed, twin size enfolding love seat). Bedding linens provided.
